We are a 157 bed skilled nursing facility located in Coushatta, La. We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We pride ourselves in caring committed staff that do their best to assist you in attaining the highest level of independence as possible. Our mission is to provide quality care to our residents so they can achieve a better quality of life.
